What are the processes of CNC handwork production?

1. NC programming: programming is the first step in shouban's production. Engineers will review the drawings first when they get the drawings. According to the convenience of production process, CNC machining needs to be disassembled to make a good program to ensure that the appearance of the products is not affected. Then, according to the machining method, the CNC engraving and milling path is written, the tool type and machining speed are set according to the material characteristics, and finally, the CNC engraving and milling path and milling speed are written according to the equipment performance.

2. CNC machining: send the program compiled by the programmer to the CNC machining center, and the operator selects the corresponding materials and tools to process the products according to the program list.

3. Whiteboard assembly: After CNC machining, there will be a lot of burrs on the surface. These machines are inevitable, so they need to be disposed of manually. There are also congenital defects in CNC machining, and the right-angle area cannot be completely processed. This also requires manual cleaning with specific tools, and then assembly and adaptation.

4. Grinding and polishing: There will be knife marks on the surface of CNC-processed products, and the appearance of each hand board needs to be manually polished. After getting the product, the grinding master will first check the 3D drawings, analyze the key points of the product appearance, and reflect the edges, lines, gaps and so on of the product as much as possible.

5. Spray painting and silk screen printing: The biggest advantage of CNC hand board is that its surface effect is closer to the final mass production effect. According to the color swatches provided by customers or PANTONG, the sprayed products are put into the oven for baking, and the baking time will be different according to the characteristics of materials and paints. After the paint is dried, UV will be sprayed, which can not only protect and strengthen the paint, but also beautify the paint. The general surface treatment includes electroplating, silk screen printing, laser engraving, oxidation and so on.

6. Assembly of finished products: both the appearance scaffold board and the structural scaffold board need to be assembled. The first one is to check whether the product accessories are complete, and then assemble them carefully according to the 3D drawings and process instructions provided by customers, paying special attention to the assembly relationship of products and the gaps between parts.

7. Quality inspection: All hand boards must be inspected before shipment. Of course, the quality inspection is not only in the last link, but the quality of hand boards is mainly controlled in the previous links, so as to ensure the punctual delivery of products and let customers receive satisfactory products.
